I just wanted to take a Pretty Chicago Bears Inside My Heart Chicago Cubs shirt moment to sincerely thank your company from the bottom of my heart for being such a beautiful light during a dark time with our family we have been ordering your diaper bundle and products since my daughter was born and more recently over the past few months the formula bundle as well my spouse had a massive stroke and our finances have been very tough with him out of work and in a care facility we were having to potentially cancel our order the woman I spoke to on the phone was sooo incredibly sweet and understanding not only did she give me phenomenal customer service she sent us diapers formula and flowers andrea I have never met you you did not have to go out of your way to help us but you did and I will be forever greatful the honest company has earned a customer for life ️ ️. Very disappointed I am the last person to ever waste time on reviewing businesses but I have to get my two cents out here the whole place cash is such a scam the last month I planned on what I needed to buy my children yes I am a single mom of 3 and it takes budgeting and planning sometimes to get everything they need I planned on purchasing half of the items and then using the place cash to help out with the other half of the list long story short it s a scam I could have bought everything at a cheaper price before now you guys jacked up the prices to retail price and even with the place cash I would end up paying more than before so you trick your customers into thinking we are getting a bargain and spend more to get more place cash but then turn around and still making us pay more for the merchandise for some this may not be an issue but for some it would be deceiving. Buyer beware I just spent 45 minutes on chat trying to get an order corrected their system would not accept the first order so the rep asked me to enter another order I did so thought everything was ok closed the chat then I get an email that the first order was found I now have two duplicate orders and they cannot correct it so this time I call customer service and she tells me they can’t stop the order which was just placed have to wait until it comes and return it I ask to talk to her supervisor and she refuses not sure I want to do business with this company if that is how they handle business
